Keep in mind that the regulations only apply to MERCHANT FULFILLED toy sellers… Often people are confused and think they can’t sell on Amazon unless they have sold so many items, etc. before Q4 – that is NOT the case for FBA sellers! Don’t be discouraged by this email.. FBA is the way to go so you don’t have to fulfill all those orders yourself anyhow!

Already I have had people tell me that they want to be a part of the Holiday Toy Guide – but can’t because of the regulations Amazon has for toy sellers during Q4.
