Anyone else wondering what happened to 2019?
Ready or not, 2020 is right around the corner – and it’s time to prepare for all it has to bring.

To focus in as the new year begins, I ask myself these 4 questions:

What do I want to BOLT DOWN?
What parts of my business do I want to settle down and automate so I am free to focus on other areas of growth?

What do I want to do different?
Reflecting on 2019, what didn’t I accomplish that I wish I had? Do I want to make that a part of my 2020 plan?

Where can I serve?
What communities can I serve best in? Who can I help? What do I have to bring to the table that can help others?

What can I do NOW to make these things happen?
THIS is the time to INVEST in your business! Investing in your business now will pay off – not only by getting the new year started off right, but come April 15th, you’ll be able to expense any training or resources you purchase for your business now. (Please confirm with you accountant/CPA what you can claim as a business expense. I am not a tax attorney or tax professional… and I certainly don’t claim to be.)

Sure – you can dig into goals and planners… organization and margins. Nothing wrong with that – but I’d like to encourage you to pull back a bit more and consider what it will take to REACH those goals… and add that to your planning.
