Usually this time of year I spend a lot of time reflecting… as
well as looking forward. I don’t know about you, but I have a list
of things I want to finish up before the end of the month… just
so I can simply FOCUS when January hits.

What about you?
What are your plans for 2010, {!firstname}?

As I have talked with many eBay sellers this past year… I have
found that there are a lot of sellers out there who are
discouraged. For different reasons, they feel like eBay just isn’t
what it once was and that they missed out.

Well… they are right.

eBay isn’t what it use to be. In fact, nothing is what it use to
be. The beauty of that, however, is that this change just brings us
new opportunities!

We all have a choice to either focus on what use to be… or look
forward to what could be. I must be an optimist at heart… because
I choose to look forward and take advantage of the opportunities
available to us.

What are you going to choose?
What are you going to focus on for your business this next year?

Maybe choosing to look forward means looking at your priorities…
Maybe it means you are going to do that one thing you keep saying
you will do but never seem to get to…
Perhaps choosing to look ahead in 2010 means joining a mentoring or
mastermind group to meet like-minded people…
Or, maybe it is as simple as choosing to learn how a new technology
can grow your business.

Selling can take a lot of time and energy… if you are burning out
